Views:

1. Log in to our WebStore: https://store.intcomex.com and sign in using your username and password.

2. Click the "My Account" button, then go to the "Transactions" option, and click the "Credits" option.

3. In this window, you can check the status of your credit note by selecting the "Type": "Credits" option, selecting the date range, and optionally entering the order number, then clicking "Search." 

A list with your credit notes information will be displayed.
