1. Log in to the WebStore: and sign in with your username and password in the "Sign In" option.

2. Click on the "My Account – Incidents - List of Incidents" option.

3. In this option, you can find all the tickets you have created and their status. You can filter them by date and status.

If you want to add a comment, image, or file to your case, you can do it in the following way:

1. Click on the case

2. Click on the "Add Comment" button located at the bottom.

3. A pop-up window will open where you can add your comment and/or a file you need to attach.
