1. Go to our WebStore: and log in with your username and password under the "Sign In" option.

2. Click on the "My Account" button located in the upper right corner. Select the "RMA" option, and you will find the "RMA Status" option where you can track your request.

3. In the RMA section, you will find three options:

A. Service Centers: In this section, you can find available service centers to request warranty service.

B. RMA Status:

C. RMA Request: In this section, you can make a new warranty request. To do this, you must complete the form with the requested information.

Once the request is created, the warranty team will review it and contact you as soon as possible.
