To speak with an expert, you have two options:

WebStore, "Create Ticket" option

1. Go to our WebStore: https://store.intcomex.com and log in with your username and password under the "Sign in" option.

2. Click on the "Help" option located at the top of the page.

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find the "Create Ticket" button and click on it.

4. Fill out the form with all the necessary information and click "Create Ticket."

5. The system will generate a ticket number to track your request and you will receive a notification via email.

The customer service team will attend to your request as soon as possible.

The "Contact Us" option

At the bottom of the page, you will find an option called "Contact Us." Click on it.

Fill out the form with all the necessary information and click "Submit."
