1. Visit our WebStore: https://store.intcomex.com and log in with your username and password by selecting the “Sign In” option.
 
 
2. Navigate to the Product Catalog and choose the Software category, followed by the Digital Downloads subcategory.
 
 
 
3. In the Digital Downloads section, you will find a list of available products. To add items to your shopping cart, simply click on “Add to Cart.”
 
 
4. The system will display a screen with two options: “Go to Cart” or “Continue Shopping.”
 
 
5. If you wish to continue browsing, select “Continue Shopping” to return to the previous page.
 
If you want to proceed directly to the products you have selected, click on “Go to Cart.” This will redirect you to your shopping list. You can adjust the number of items in your cart if needed. Once you’ve made any changes, click on “Update.”
 
 
Another convenient way to add known products is to enter the SKU in the “Add Product to Cart” field and click the “Add” button.
 
 
You can also add multiple products simultaneously using the “Add Multiple Products” option. Simply enter the SKUs and quantities, and when you’re ready to proceed, click on “Add.”
 
 
 
If you need to remove a product from your shopping cart, click on “Remove,” and the item will be deleted from your list.
 
 
6. Once you have finished adding products to your shopping cart, click on “Generate Order.”
 
 
7. The system will display your order details, and you will need to select your preferred payment method.
 
 
If you have chosen “Credit Voucher with Intcomex” as your payment method, you will receive an email with a security code. Enter the code and click on the “Validate Code” option.
 
 
8. Choose your preferred payment method, fill in the required information, and click on the “Finalize Order” option to complete your purchase.
