You can resend the serial by following these steps:
1. Visit our WebStore: https://store.intcomex.com and log in with your username and password by selecting the “Sign In” option.
2. Access “My Account,” then go to “My Downloads” and “Distributed Codes.”
This option allows you to resend the serial for each product that the client purchased.
3. Select the “Resend” option, and then click “Accept” to send the code again to the email address.
