1. Enter your username and password
2. Access through 'Account' button in the upper right corner. In the RMA section you will find a link to make the RMA requests, check the status of your requests and the service centers available to you
3. select 'RMA Request'
4. Fill in the form with the order number and your contact details
5. From that order select the product you have the claim about, indicating the type of claim, the details of the inconvenience and the product serial number
6. Finally, click on "submit"

Within the following days, you can follow up your request on the "RMA Status" option
