1. Go to our WebStore: and log in with your username and password under the "Sign In" option.

2. Click on the "My Account" button. In the RMA section, you will find a link to make RMA requests, the status of your requests, and the service centers available to you.

3. Select "RMA Request"

4. Fill out the form with the order number and your contact information

5. Select the product from that order that you have a request for, indicate the type of request, describe the problem you have with the product, and enter the serial number of the affected product.

6. Click "Submit."

In the following days, you can track your request under the "RMA Status" option. If you need more information, select your country and you will find the contact details for the warranty area.
