Dear Customer, remember that the status of your account can be easily verified through our portal store.intcomex.com/en-XPE/Home, following the steps described below:
- Log in with your username and password by clicking on the "Login" option located at the top right of the screen.
- Once logged in select the button "My account".
- Later, in the displayed menu, click on the option "Transactions".
- To finish select “All my transactions” from the submenu that will be displayed. In the same way, you can contact our account team that attends you.
- A PDF file will be downloaded automatically with the requested information.
