Dear Customer, remember that the status of your account can be easily verified through our portal store.intcomex.com/en-XPE/Home, following the steps described below:

  1. Log in with your username and password by clicking on the "Login" option located at the top right of the screen.
  2. Once logged in select the button "My account".
  3. Later, in the displayed menu, click on the option "Transactions".
  4. To finish select “All my transactions” from the submenu that will be displayed. In the same way, you can contact our account team that attends you.
  5. A PDF file will be downloaded automatically with the requested information.
