Dear customer, please verify the following steps:

Login with username and password
Access through the button "my account" located in the upper right corner, in the RMA section you will find a link to make RMA requests, the status of your requests and the available service centers.
Select the "RMA request"
Fill in the form with the order number and your contact information
Select the product of that order for which you have the claim indicating the Request, the detail of the problem and the serial number of the product
Finally, click on "send" You can also communicate over the phone*
