Dear customer, remember that before generating an order, you can add or modify people from the pick up warehouse form. In order to do this process, you will need to sign in at the top right corner with your username and password, then follow the path at the same section "Account/Account Information/Contact List/New contact"

There you can create the necessary contacts and assign the required permission
